Admin info: Who can read and write here?

I made this blog adult ... to be on the safe side, legally. 

Due to this setting, it would not be possible to access the blog as normal user if i had set it to "all people can read" (all who surfed on this website).

So I had to set the blog to "selected readers can read" to make it work ... and this means only registered users that i added per email adress will be able to read the blog. It seems it only works by google accounts.

The registered users to whom i gave author rights will also be able to write new threads. 

All registered users (author or not) will be able to comment on existing threads.
