Where I am Led - Part 15 - Courage (by Julala)

Happy New Year everyone!  Tomorrow (Monday 7th January @ 12pm SLT) we pick up where we left off a couple weeks ago with the "Where I am Led" series of discussions.

This time we will be talking about Courage.  Have there been times where you have had to rustle up great courage to do something?  Perhaps there have been times when you have wished you had more courage....perhaps felt that you have missed opportunities through a lack of courage?

Has D/s helped you to develop your courage?  Or did you need courage to enter into D/s?  Courage in trying new things, perhaps in the bedroom, perhaps in your mind, over-coming fears, expanding your horizons or extending comfort zones?

“Being deeply loved by someone gives you strength, while loving someone deeply gives you courage.”
― Lao Tzu

“Bran thought about it. 'Can a man still be brave if he's afraid?'
'That is the only time a man can be brave,' his father told him.”
― George R.R. Martin, A Game of Thrones

Are you proud of the times when you showed great bravery?  Do you regret a time when you didn't?  Perhaps you admire someone for their bravery and courage.    What does Courage mean to you?

As always and as time permits we will also consider a "thought for the day".  This time we will be thinking about what the "perfect submissive" and "perfect Owner" mean to each of us.  Is there such a thing?

These Monday discussions are using the service exploration workbook "Where I am Led" by Christina Parker as a point of reference. However, you do not need to have read or even seen the book to fully participate in the discussion.

Everyone welcome. Please do join us on Monday (7th January) at 12pm SLT at the Temple of Discussion on Respect sim. Discussion is voice led but text also very welcome.

Nice topic! I'll try and bring a calm mind, as I have a feeling the discussion will get frenetic
